Lunch unfolds over several courses, all prepared with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.
It begins with an appetizer featuring bruschetta with our olive oil (classic and truffle), fresh tomatoes, cured meats, cheeses, and honey.
As a first course, we serve short pasta with Tuscan ragù, or alternatively with fresh tomato sauce for those who prefer a vegetarian option.
This is followed by a main course of pork loin with onions, served with cooked vegetables and potatoes.
