La Locanda sul Vigneto is the perfect place to enjoy absolute relax face to face with our vineyards and a stunning view of San Gimignano!
The cottage represents a daydream, and like all dreams, it is something truly magical.
The apartment consists of three very spacious double bedrooms, kitchen with living area equipped with a characteristic fireplace, bathroom with shower, small terrace, large terrace and exclusive garden.

The entrance is independent and it is the only structure for rent within our estate.

 

What makes it so special?

First of all, the context in which it is set! It is located exactly in the main farmhouse of our estate, where we have been producing wine and oil since 1951.

In fact, from the windows you can admire the elegance and sweetness of our vineyards and catch a glimpse of the scents of our wine cellar.

The location of the apartment is something truly unique; from the little terrace and the terrace you will experience the thrill of watching the sun rise and set respectively in a breathtaking scenery.

In the morning you will be greeted by the crowing of the roosters and if you wish, during your stay, you can take care of our little donkey Enzo and our two little goats Cesare and Gaspare.

It will be a duty for us to make your stay unforgettable. Upon request every morning we will serve you a delicious and varied breakfast consisting of homemade cakes, cold cuts and local cheeses. In addition, upon your arrival you will be treated to a welcome tasting.
You will also have the opportunity to access a 20% discount on all our wines and all experiences offered by the estate.
We will be at your complete disposal should you want advice on guided tours of the area, taxi/shuttle service, typical restaurants!

Prices

150€/night
june/july/august: minimun stay 4 nights
the rest of the year: minimun stay 2 nights
Tourist tax: 1.50€ per day per person up to a maximum of 6 nights. Children under 14 are exempt.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
No advance payment is required. Full payment of the stay within 2 weeks of arrival without refund.
Payment by bank transfer to IT90U0842537880000010432375
It is possible to cancel the reservation without penalty within two weeks of arrival.
Once paid, there is no refund in case of cancellation.
